1-Year Limited Warranty

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended household use during the warranty period.

If an eligible warranty issue is confirmed, our standard remedy is repair or, if repair is not practical, replacement or another appropriate remedy at our discretion.

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Change-of-mind returns after the 14-day returns window
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow the user guide
• Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect the product’s core function
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage caused by improper storage, power supply issues, or external events outside normal household use

• A short description of the issue
• Photos or video showing the problem, where helpful

Our team will review the issue and advise on the next step.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with an immediate issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].

This helps us review the arrival issue quickly. It does not replace the limited warranty for eligible faults that appear later during the warranty period.
